What is a temporal lift?

Temporal lift is a surgical procedure often performed for facial rejuvenation.

The procedure corrects, rejuvenates, and tightens the sagging skin and tissues on the sides of the face. The temporal lift usually targets the area between the forehead, eyebrows, and eyes, and aims to improve facial contours.

The recovery after a temporal lift can differ from one individual to another, but usually takes a few weeks. The surgery is generally performed under general anesthesia, but in some cases, local
anesthesia and sedation may be preferred.

This type of surgery is often suitable for the correction of sagging tissues in the upper part of the face. This procedure is usually performed to lift the eyebrows, correct sagging around the eyes, and reduce wrinkles on the forehead. Nevertheless, as with any surgical procedure, the applicability of this procedure may vary depending on the individual medical condition and expectations.
